I have been with arkansas WellCare for several years. I have never had a problem. Any doctor I need is in my network. I have never had any billing issues or such. One thing that is kind of picky is assigning providers online. Sometimes you have to call. Also they did lower my otc benefits the beginning of this year, in almost half the amount.it was. Otherwise if you need affordable insurance or a Medicare advantage insurance this one is ok
